Congratulations to #airBaltic on its successful Eur200million bond offering which has been reported as being the largest ever Latvian international capital markets DCM deal.

The bonds have been admitted to the regulated market of #Euronext Dublin today following the approval of airBaltic's prospectus by the Central Bank of Ireland (#CBI), representing the first prospectus approved in Ireland under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, o/k/a 'PD3 '. In our role as listing agent, #Walkers worked very closely with #Dentons UK throughout the prospectus review and approval process, managing the new #PD3 requirements seamlessly and ensuring airBaltic's timelines were successfully met.

On completion of the transaction, my colleague and Walkers Senior Listing Executive, Ken Foley said, "I am delighted to have supported on this transaction and I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to airBaltic, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, AB SEB Bankas, Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, Linklaters LLP, COBALT, Sorainen, BNY Mellon and PWC on a highly successful transaction."
