Walkers Ireland LLP is delighted to have acted for auxmoney in conjunction with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Germany on one of the largest fintech funding rounds in the Eurozone in 2020. The deal involved an investment of €150m growth capital for auxmoney. The round was financed by investment firm Centerbridge. As well as investing primary capital into auxmoney, Centerbridge acquired further shares from certain existing investors to become a majority shareholder. 

auxmoney is considered as the largest credit marketplace in Europe and is positioned to become one of Europe's leading digital credit providers. auxmoney is an online peer-to-peer loan marketplace created to offer a means of exchange between people.
