Among those who have served the firm for the past decade are Noeleen Ruddy and Andrew Traynor, Partners in the Finance & Capital Markets group. Noeleen, who joined Walkers Ireland on the first day it opened for business, advises international financial institutions, investment banks, arrangers, managers, private equity, hedge funds, agents and trustees in relation to a wide range of structured finance products transactions including securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), debt offerings, CLOs (whether cash, synthetic or hybrid), CDOs, CAT bonds and Commercial Paper Programmes. Andrew advises issuers, managers, sponsors, arrangers, trustee houses & agents, financial institutions and investors on a broad range of finance and capital markets transactions (both public and private) with a particular focus on debt capital markets, securitisation, insurance-linked securities (ILS), structured credit, distressed investment, restructurings and work-outs. Andrew and Noeleen frequently work with Therese Redmond, another valued long-standing member of the firm, who serves as the Head of Listing Services. Therese has been active in the listings business since 1998 bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our Listings practice. Therese works closely with lead counsel and is well known by many leading international law firms, arrangers, corporate services providers and investment managers.

David McGovern, Partner and Head of Asset Finance, also celebrates ten years at the firm. David has acted for banks, lessors, investors, manufacturers and operators on domestic and multi-jurisdictional asset financing transactions involving corporate and commercial aircraft, rolling stock and other moveable equipment.

Additionally, Eimear Burbridge, Of Counsel in the Tax Group, is recognised for her ten years of service. Eimear works with a broad range of national and international clients advising on a wide range of tax issues. She specialises in financial services including investment funds, insurance, structured products and securitisation structures.
