The Minister for Finance has signed Regulations into Irish law to complete a partial transposition of the Investment Firms Directive and the implementation of the Investment Firms Regulation, which introduce a new prudential regime for investment firms.
Statutory instruments 355 of 2021 and 356 of 2021 came into effect on the day of their signing which was 21 September 2021.
At the time of writing the Regulations are not yet available on Irishstatutebook.ie
