About Me
I joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2015 where I am a partner in the Global Finance and Corporate Group. I specialise in structured and asset finance with extensive experience in CLO's, securitisations and secured note programme structures as well as aircraft and ship finance transactions. I also advise on a variety of banking and finance transactions including fund subscription financings, leveraged and acquisition financing and general secured lending.
Client work
I act regularly for major investment banks, managers, financial institutions, airlines, major public and private companies and leading on-shore law firms advising on a variety of finance transactions.

Prior employment experience
Before joining Walkers, I was a partner with another major offshore law firm where I spent over seven years in their Cayman Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. Prior to my move to the Cayman Islands in 2007, I worked in the structured finance group of Linklaters in London and with Johnson Stokes & Master in Hong Kong.
