About Me
I am a Senior Counsel in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group at Walkers in the Cayman Islands, specialising in cross-border restructurings, contentious and non-contentious liquidations and distressed situations, advising existing stakeholders and creditors, debtors, hedge funds, insolvency practitioners and other advisors.
I have extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border restructuring transactions including advising on a number of schemes of arrangement and have been involved in many leading and high-profile cross-border restructuring cases in the offshore market, including, amongst others, the successful restructurings of Mongolian Mining Corporation (for which Walkers won Restructuring Deal of the Year at the 2018 IFLR Asia Awards), Phoenix Group, CHC Helicopters Group and the Ocean Rig Group.
I am currently noted as a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500 and am ranked as a Next Generation Lawyer.
