About Me

Jennifer is based in Walkers' Ireland office where she is a partner in the Global Investment Funds Group. Jennifer has several years' experience practising as an investment funds lawyer. She acts for a range of funds, fund sponsors and service providers and has extensive experience in advising on the authorisation, distribution and operation of all types of Irish investment funds including UCITS and AIFs. Jennifer has advised on a wide range of fund structures and asset classes, including traditional and alternative UCITS products, hedge funds, fund of funds, credit strategies, private equity, Sharia compliant funds and pension pooling products. She also has particular expertise on the establishment and operation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs and on fund redomiciliations and mergers. Jennifer has been a member of various Irish funds industry working groups and has also lectured on the Law Society of Ireland's Finance Law Diploma programme.
