About Me

Leanne Wallser is a Group Partner in the Walkers’ Investment Funds and Corporate Group and is based in the Jersey office.

Leanne has extensive experience representing investment fund managers, financial institutions and sponsors in relation to the structuring, establishment, operation and termination of a wide range of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, tech and impact funds. In addition to her funds work, Leanne advises on a range of corporate matters, including property financing and restructuring work.
